The story of a photographer
I am a mom of two teenage girls, married to my best friend, who is my biggest supporter. I enjoy learning and keeping myself educated. I have three other diplomas from Lambton: Developmental Service Worker, hairstyling and esthetician.
I am a fine art and Portrait Photographer, based in Sarnia Lambton. I specialize in creative and unique beauty portraits. I pay attention to detail to capture a person’s personality and their beauty. Creatively painting faces with glitter and butterflies are ways I thinks outside of the box. I can also turn everyday items into a work of art. I see beauty through everyone’s imperfections or flaws.
I have a background working with people, who have disabilities, supporting them with their daily routines and everyday life. I've done co-op with the public school board helping the out with Resource Centre, encouraging children the importance of learning and being educated. I also volunteer my time with march of Dimes to insist with their everyday living. I worked a few years in homecare from babysitting young children to supporting the elderly with their everyday routines.
Before taking photography, I gained knowledge within the beauty industry and with my previous education, I will be opening a one stop shop for hair, make up and portraits. I would like to have studio big enough for a few different set-ups to rent-out to other local photographers in the area, and maybe one day do some mentoring for young photographers.
Other sessions I enjoy are family, weddings, big events, engagements, maternity, and children’s milestones. I done some volunteer work for awards cemeteries, Hospice, and pathways.
As a Photographer, I have a passion about capturing your memories and making them last a lifetime.
